Subject - Building and Construction Workers Act

Hi,

Please help me in updtaing the applicability of Building and Construction Workers Act, 1996 in the state of Rajasthan.

It being a Central Act should have been applicable throughout the Country. But certain states have not notified it, leading to its non-applicability.

Please provide a current status in the matter.
