| I'm a web developer. I've put up a website for some clients (registered the domain and did the site for them eg. websitename.co.za) I've done this without knowing that a website with the same name existed as websitename.com. The clients are starting to ask questions about this. They're scared that the owners (of websitename.com) will end up suing my client (websitename.co.za) because the websites have the same names? should i change my website name? What do i tell my clients...? What can\can't the do legaly? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
