| Dear Mr.mebaj, In the first instance there is no separate ID Act in respect any state under indian Union. ID Act is a Central act but with appropriaate delegation of power and responsibilities to the States and Central Government. As regards the closure of a manufacturing unit under Sec.25-O of ID Act, the decision has to be taken by the ' Appropriate Government'. Sec.25-O-(2) of ID Act.
