My elder brother past away in 2008, he was married and blessed with nice baby boy. my sister in law is now staying with her parents. we have some property inclucing agriculture land and house. on top of that there is some loan amount on agriculture land. Agri land is in the name of my father he is now 57. Loan / Interest amount has being paid by me.. Would like to know what is the act, if my sister in law legaly asks for share in property... Will loan amount will be devided equally? Who will be the class I heirs? Should i continue to pay the intrest / Loan amount which is on the agri land? Waiting for your reply... With Regards, SB
