Please anybody can tell me how to convert partnership firm into private limited company.. & what are the formalities to be undergone..
what documents are required & what are the charges & fees need to be paid.
as i am running partnership firm & i want to convert into private limited company

Conversion of firm into pvt co is governed by Part-IX of Companies Act. Detailed checklist for conversion is attached for your information.
