In our company we would like to do Fix Term Salary of our employees.We don't want to give long term benefit.like PF,ESI etc. Our salary structure is Rs.5000 & Rs.7000 means maximum employees are below Rs.10000 8 to 9 employees are more than Rs.10000 Is it possible legally?
