Please somebody guide me, what is the criteria for applicability of Standing Order to our Company as Retail Industry comes under Shop & Commercial Establishment Act. Thanks Ranjit Samal Dear Ranjit you have to get certified your standing orders for each state seprately .because different state have different provisions for leave and different state have different category of workers.for one state u can have only one standing order certified.some state requirment is 50 employee and some requries 100 employees for applicablity of act. tks js malik
