To have a brief idea about the present cyber crimes, you can visit the website of ASIAN SCHOOL OF CYBER LAWS. In the said website, you can find better ideas & sharings abt the cyber crimes and precautionary ways to protect ourself.

Dear Vijay,

Please find attached herewith draft 'Guideline for Cyber Cafe Owners'.
These guidelines are prepared under the able provisions of ITA 2000 & ITAA 2008. Few States in India have similar Mandatory Rules Framed for Cyber Cafe Owners.
