| sir/mam, i have filld up 498 and maintenance(125) case against my husband 2 yers ago. n court has orderd of 1000/-rs.p.m though he is a well earnd busunessman.but the problem is that he dnt give me money monthly regularly.i hv to application every 6 month for recovry of rs.6000/-.and court always gives him facility to give that money by instalment.and almost after 1 year i get that 6000/-rs by instalments(like this 500,1000,2000,500,3000), and judge told me that there is no any law to bind him to give me money every month regulrly..am now fed up n totaly chrashd..coz am nt working ,depended on brother.i have to go court every month for that instalment.its physicly n mentaly torcher. i want my maintenance every month.what should i do... ?
