| Hell, My Freind Resign from his company and he his given 15 days notice & 15 days Payment. But hi employer not settlement of his Outstanding Amount Like Salary,Medical Amt,Bonus,Leave Salary & Other Benefit. As per Appointment Letter. He is Currently on Probetion Period. My Questation is 1)Can he taking his Full & Final Amount by Legal Action against his Employer. What is time limit for taking legal action after Resignation/Last day of Duty. 2) What is Time limit for Full & Final settlement of Employee after Resign during Probetion Period.
