Subject - Resignation Duering Probetion PEriod
Hell,

My Freind Resign from his company and he his given 15 days notice & 15 days Payment. But hi employer not settlement of his Outstanding Amount Like Salary,Medical Amt,Bonus,Leave Salary & Other Benefit. As per Appointment Letter. He is Currently on Probetion Period.
My Questation is
1)Can he taking his Full & Final Amount by Legal Action against his Employer. What is time limit for taking legal action after Resignation/Last day of Duty.
2) What is Time limit for Full & Final settlement of Employee after Resign during Probetion Period.

dear
individual can file a case under payment of wages act.basically company should make such payment within 48 hrs of resignation/termination as per industrial dispute act.

Appreciate Mr. Malik Suggestions, But some of the amount which is part of CTC can't be claimed as per Appointment letter i.e. Leave encashment, medical reimbursement & other benifit subject to appointment letter.

Thanks For your valuable comment. But As per Appointment Letter & Offer Letter it is clear mention You should be elegible for leave Salary Apart from Salary, can it is receivable of not.
the other thing like Bonus,Medical Amount, it is including in CTC. As per Appointment Letter it receivable or not.
