I married on 27th August 2004. My father in law was ex - employee of State Government and brother - in law is closely associate with President of Nationalist Congress Party, Maharashtra State. My wife from initial stage was misusing their connections and always threaten for police harrassement. After 1 year of sepration she Finally lodge a false complaint with Police station under section 498a, 406 & 34 in which her family involved my entire family as well as my cousin who hasn't any connection to take revenge. We met several officials but all are refuse to take any action since brother in law using his pressure from Mantralaya. Now I filed a divorce case against my wife. Now she demanded Rs. 12 Lacs for the same and I am not in position to pay the same. She always using abusive word in front of Police Officers even police department is aware of everything but they are helpless. I already sold my Flat which was taken on loan from Financial Institution and now she illegally entered into said flat and not allow any person to vacate the same. Now she threatens that if anybody try to vacate the flat she will sucide. She also filed a case under DV Act and Judge comes to a conclusion that flat sold by me is a legal and allegations has to be proved in court.
Can anyone suggest me how to overcome from this matter?
