Any employee in the grade of "Labour / Workmen" can file the compl in Labour court for non Payment of Salary as per the employment contract terms and conditions. As pet the minimum wages act Employer must pay salary with in 12th of every month, if not partial amount need to be paid to manage the family.
Any employee in the manager grade, can file case in Civil Court, and point to be verified here is, Terms and conditions of appointment letter.
If it does not include the payment from other group company, complete due must be paid by the employer who issued the appointment letter.
