I am looking out for a Legal Manager, for one of our leading clients in the field of Finance for their Mumbai office.
The candidate should be based in Mumbai with a relevant experience of at least 4 years +
The primary job responsibilities are as below :
â?¢ Legal work pertaining Investment Banking (Vetting Agreements), Equities and
other subsidiaries (IRDA)
â?¢ Liaison with Legal/consulting firms on issues relating to the business.
â?¢ Formation, Maintenance & Control (Regulatory Framework) of International
â?¢ Subsidiaries (USA, UK & Singapore)
â?¢ Handling Compliance & Legal Requirements with respect to our overseas offices
â?¢ Counseling employees at our overseas offices on all regulatory and immigration
matters.
â?¢ Co-ordination with consultants/agencies on matters relating to the conduct of
business at our overseas offices.
â?¢ Handling FEMA related issues. Handling matters related to Labour Laws.
â?¢ Vetting of papers / agreements / Lease Deeds for premises.
â?¢ Taking decisions and keeping company abreast with latest Laws and Regulations
relevant to the operations of the entire organization.
