| deekarthik - Member Since: Aug 2009 Subject - INDIAN VISA RULES FOR A CITIZEN OF SRI LANKA, WHO IS STUDENT Dear All, Following is my query : A is a citizen of Sri Lanka. A is holding Indian Visa for pursuing his studies in a University in India. A is permitted to stay in India for 3 years. A is not in employment with any parties. Under the circumstances, can A is allowed to incorporate a company in India. Whether A can form a company in India with his Student Visa. Whether Indian Visa Rules shall permit A to do such activity in India during his studies. Can you please let me know whether there is any non-compliance ?
