Subject - Procedure for Sri Lankan to get INDIAN BUSINESS VISA

Dear All,

Following is my query :

X is a citizen of Sri Lanka.

X is holding valid Indian Tourist VISA.

X wishes to start a company in India.

X therefore is in need of obtaining INDIAN BUSINESS VISA.

Can you please let me know the procedure to obtain the INDIAN BUSINESS VISA
for a citizen of Sri Lanka ?
