| Distortion of the Map of India Dear all,
If there is an distortion of the Map of India which is published on the website of a Company, is that a offence punishable under the India Law.
If yes, then under which provision is the Offence described, and what are the punishments or penalties which can be imposed? Further how can one circumvent the offence, and what are the remedies incase of the Offence.
Kindly provide the resolution at the Earliest.
