Subject - TERMINATION WITHOUT ASSIGNING ANY REASON
Dear Expert,

I have been humiliated and victimised and finally terminated by the employer. I want to know whether the case is worth pursing for compensation or reinstatement. Kindly advise me on this at the earlest.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Pratap,

what is the reason for your termination.
Secondly have they paid you notice pay at the time of termination. ?

Kindly confirm so that i would be in a position to reply to your query.

Dear pratap,

I agree with the reply given by Mr.Asish. At the same time what is the terms and conditions of your appointment? Are you a probationer? What is the terms and conditions of termination of service clause of your appointment letter? Is it says that no notice is required at the time of termination in probation? Are you made confirmed? whether letter in witting was given for your confirmation if you are a confirmed employee?

If the above things are made clear in addition to the view of Mr.Asish we can further go deep in to the subject .

Regards

Dear All,

Hope you all are doing well.

I have a similar situation here. My salary was stopped in December 2009 with my consent as I agreed with my employer. Both of us wanted to wait for a project to come up in april 2010. This was a verbal agreement.

I kept on following up for the next project but that was with a BD guy. Now, when I contacted the HR guys for letter of employment, they gave me a shocker that I am not an employee any more, that too without any information.

My appointment letter says I should be given 2 months notice period. But I didn't receive anything at all.

When I asked for the relieving letter, they said I would be provided a letter stating December 2009 was my last working month.

Could you please suggest what should be my course of action.

Thanks & Regards,
Mili
