My dear learned friends

Whether a trade union can threaten its "members" with dire consequence (orgaisational actions etc)for non participation in a strike called by them, legally :?:

If not what is the remedy

It is obvious that if a person threatens other person to do something which he does not want to do, its crime. In your case your you are being threatened by Trade Union of which you are a member to participate in strike. Whether the decision of your trade union to go for strike is binding on all members or not depends upon the Rules of the trade union and the consequences of not complying with the directives of the Trade Union will also be as per rules of the Trade Union.
