Hello,

I had taken a loan a few years ago and had been paying the installments promptly every month without fail. However, now things have changed and I am in a terrible financial crisis and hence am unable to re-pay my loan. I am thinking of filing for insolvency as things have started getting very bad with the bank people. Could anyone please help me understand on what qualifying parameters is a person's insolvency petition accepted?

Only a civil court can declare you insolvent. Contact an Advocate practising civil law.
