I have been asked to go out of comapny on dated 13.08.2009 because my company CEO dont find any future for me in the organisation.. I also accpeted and walked out of the company .as per appointmment order they have to pay me three months salary as a notice period salary and other benifits. even after repeated reminders nothing has come out and also they have not even paid the august month salary upto 13.08.2009. till today no out come. can you please explain me, the ways to take leagal action against company? or what law says about the notice period salary?. I feel that these people taking us into ride.Can I ask for any compensation or I can file suit against them.
