DEDUCTION OF P F ON MINIMUM WAGES

Subject - DEDUCTION OF P F ON MINIMUM WAGES

DEAR
As per minimum wages act definition of minimum wages includes HRA where as provident fund is to be deducted on minimum wages as per the latest instructions of provident fund dept.i heard there was a judgement from supreme court in this regard.
if anyone have copy of the judgement ,pls forward the same.
