| Dear All, This is my first post. One of my cousin got married in jAN 2005. This was a arranged marriage. Every thing went well till 1 yr. Oneday my cousin observed that his wife is taking lot of medicines and when asked for the reason she denided/avoided to tell the actual cause. Also she started behaving abnormal. Meanwhile she also got a government teacher job near to my cousins place (rarelly she takes the class and instead another girl from that area takes the class and get some money in lieu). As the times passes by my cousin came to know that she is taking the medicines for that abnormal behaviour. Oneday both oh them had an argument for this and she stopped taking the medicines. After someday she has to be admitted in one of the govt. hospital for that where doctor has adviced for electric shock. But her elder sister who has some influence on her discharged her from hospital and took her to a private doctor. That time we have managed to get some prescription and medicine slips and came to know that this is a old case and even they have not disclosed my cousins family during the marriage. Actually sometimes she becomes normal and sometimes when the problems starts she even bite every one who will go to her. ALso will complete bare herself etc.etc which is not proper to disclose here. For this behaviour my cousin decided not to have any baby fearing she might have same problem. Finally after 4 yrs of suffering my cousin started thinking for divorse and filled one in family court. Then her familly didn't received the court notice and returned thrice. Finally nobody from her immediate family (father, mother and brother) came and two sisters and brother-in-laws have attended all four hearings and admitted that she was having the problem before the marriage. During finally hearing in the family court on 20 Sep 09, it was decided that my cousin will pay Rs.3.5 lakhs to her as maintenance as she is employed and my cousin is having a small business. But not able to finalise about the jewellries and fixed a date to 20 Oct 09. But on 25 Sep 09 he came to know that her sister and brother-in-law have made a general diary in the police station of many things like "Attempt to Murder, Demand of Money, S..uall xploitation etc etc. which they didn't even put up in the family court . Also she was not staying with my cousins family since last two month or so. Finally my cousin and his parents has to leave their place fearing arrest and insult. We have tried in police station for a copy but they are not giving us. How we will apply for the bail and wht will be the outcome. I don't understand, in one place they have agreed that their sister is mad even before marriage and having no relation with my cousin since one year and in another case they are stating se..ual xplotation and attempt to murder etcetc. Request suggest.
