| dear friends i need a suggestion pl help my query is how to challenge a will on what grounds the matter is husband and wife living seperatly and the children are living at the place of their work for many years here the husband is of 92 years who died few days back and it comes to the knowledge of family members that he make a will of all his property to someone unknown person whom he is saying to be closer, as his wife is living in a house of his husband for the last 61 years having possession of some land by which she is maintaining herself as the old man was a retired man from army and live seperatly from his family and never maintained his family till date and even remain indulge in filing false frivolous cases against his wife and sons which all stands dismiss he was like a person of unsound mind but now he died by making a will of all property in which his wife is living for the last so many years to someone not of his family member now whats the way to challenge that will and on what grounds, the property of which he made a will was in a possession of her wife she has maintained the whole till date with the help of her sons pl help how to come out of this situation.
