Before one can prepare an agreement, even draft also, anyone would need more information about the parties, scope of agreement, battery limits, consideration flowing in and out, compliance with rules & regulations, exit/termination/foreclosure provisions, etc. I have done no. of agreements in my previous US MNC company of which I was Head-Legal & Secretarial being their Company Secretary too.
