| If an employee avails leave without permission, it will be treated as 'absent' and employer can initiate suitable action (which includes 'termination' of his services) after giving due notice to the employee. If the appointment letter contains a clause pertaining to this type of absentism, employer can terminate the services if no reply is received from the employee even after seeking explanation for such absentism.,
