if we take leave without pay for one month and go without permission sanctioned whether it will be treated as abscond or what action can the company take against him

If an employee avails leave without permission, it will be treated as 'absent' and employer can initiate suitable action (which includes 'termination' of his services) after giving due notice to the employee. If the appointment letter contains a clause pertaining to this type of absentism, employer can terminate the services if no reply is received from the employee even after seeking explanation for such absentism.,
