Chinese immigration

Hi All,

As per the news in october,many chinese employees working on business visas were asked to leave India by 31st october.
Now I want to know whats the situation prevailing for these immigration procedures as one of our skilled employee(chinese)has been rejected on getting indian visa on these grounds.Are there any alternative arrangements??
