Hello,
i am working in a company since july 2001. Before 2005 my company was under proprietorship and in 2005 it was converted into private limited w/o giving full n final to the existing employees. Earlier it use to give 12 leaves in an year but after it became pvt ltd, they started giving 19 leaves in which 7 leaves were privlege leaves n rest cl and sl. But we were never given any encashment of our pl as there was no such policy.

But now i have come to know that there shd be min 27 leaves in a company n 15pl are encashable in a pvt ltd company. So the leaves that i have not taken, will ever they be encashable as there is also another law that accumulation of leaves is not more than 30. Have i lapsed all my leaves??????????

Plz help.

Regards
jaishree
