| Epf & ppf Dear Sirs EPF & PPF are not attachable in any court against any Decree.It is not attachable if the member is Dead and the Nominee gets it for any debts incurred by the deceased member in his life time.(Sec 10-2) of act. Can Experts tell me with quoted Case Laws that if the member on retirement withdraws EPF/PPF and is able to prove that this money is from EPF/PPF acount,whether same can be attached in case of a decree in his life time. regards Suresh
