This has not been achieved by any compromise on passenger safety or cost reduction putting aside important quality issues, but by concerted efforts on the part the entire team of Vendors, besides TATA MOTORS. Organizations generate new ideas and convert them into novel, useful and viable commercial products, services, and business practices prosper when creativity gets unleashed within. The fruits of prosperity get passed on to the Society and the Country as well, over a period of time. Talent retention ceases to be an issue for the Industry rather star performers get attracted to join. Creativity, knowledge, innovation and learning add value, rather than land, labour or capital. But all this does not happen of it’s own. It requires dedicated efforts on the part of all leaders within the Organization on a continuous and sustained basis. This Workshop is designed to impart in depth knowledge about how to create an atmosphere in the Organisation which facilitates employees towards generating workplace creativity besides removing the barriers which are road blocks to such efforts.
