Dear All, Is PF withdrwal is taxable ? Is it only in Trust or in PF Deptt. Also.? Plz let me know vt % deducted on withdrwal. Rgds/Jitender

Dear Mr Yadav
in my view it does not make any difference whether u have withdrawn PF from trust or
from P F dept.if you withdraw PF it will be added in your income and u will pay income tax
as per calculation of income tax.P F dept does not deduct any TDS and they pay u in full.
however if are withdrawing PF on supernuation than it is not taxable .

Dear friends, Any payment from PF is fully exempt u/s 10(11) of IT Act, whether it is on superannuation or not. Regards,

dear if you draw Pf inbetween it is taxable but it is exempted from tax liablity when it is drawn on supernuation. tks j s malik
