Subsistence Allowance paid during the period the employee was/ is on suspension shall not form part of wages and hence for calculating bonus any amount paid by way of subsistence allowance ( suspension allowance) will not be considered. However, once the suspension is revoked and difference of salary paid the same will be taken for bonus retrospectively. Regards, Madhu.T.K
