suggestion on divorce case

Hi,
Dear friends & seniors.

I would like to get suggestion about a case.I have a client who was married 15 yrs ago and now faced problems from his wife how is mentally upset taking treatment from nimhans from past.But now she fought with him and left from her husband's place & tried to loged a compliant against him based on dowry harreshment.Plse tell me.
1.should he take any anticipatary bail again as the renewal date is over.if yes tell the procedure.
2.should he himself go forward to file for divorce or keep quit tell she takes up the steps.

My client was adjusting and he is innocent.

Plse solve my problem by giving suggestion
