Subject - Broken the Overseas service agreement - It company
I was working in IT company in India sice 2 and 1/2 years. I came to Uk for work assignment by signing the service agreement with comapny saying "We are sending you on a overseas training and its cost would be 3 Lakhs. It was isgned by my father as a gurantee".So, you have to pay the amount if you breach the agreement". When I resigned from Uk they did accept my resignation and now they are asking me and my father for the money otherwise they will go to court. I just want to know is the service agreement valid. In terms of Indian law they could bind me under the agreement. What step should I take further.

for details - In their letter they have said that they had money involved in recruititng new resource for them

dear
in my view this agreement is valid and you have breached the agreement by resigning from that company.if they have accepted resignation ,does not mean that they can not ask for implimentation of the agreement.
if you will not be traceable ,they can ask your father who is gurantor ,to full fill the claue.
dear you are at looser end.
tks

But In their clause they have written that they want the cost of the training. But actually I was here for a work not for training. I have my payslips as a proof
