Dear Sir/Madam
I resigned from pvt ltd company after 5 year. Can I claim the gratuity ? when
1. I join the company in 2003 when the company was in starting phase, having employees less than 10.
2. Company gets 10 employees in April 2006.
3. And mentioned gratuity in my salary structure in April 2007
Please help me
