Subject - legal status of owner of a residential flat
hi,i want to ask about the legal status of the owner of flat,if the building is destroyed due to the passage of time.

See, in any apartment or multistoried building, all resptive owners of different flats have proportional ownership rights over land on which that apartment or building is constructed and the proportion of ownership is decided as per individual's flats space/area to the total space/area of whole building with regard to plot/land area. If building is destructed due to any reason, then all respective owners of different flats will be having joint ownership over land as already said hereinbefore.
