Whether the PF ACT, ESI ACT, BONUS ACT, GRATUITY ACT, are applicable to the societies registered under the Societies Registration Act and the trusts registered under the Indian Trust Act?

Hi,

You have to examine the activities of your Trust or the Society with reference to the definition of the term "establishment" under each Act. If the number of employees employed by you and the activities come under the definition, you will be covered.
