| Per section 10 of Emigration Act, 1983, no person to function as recruiting agent without a valid certificate. This certificate is issued by the Protector of Emigrants office. My question: Can any one advice me on the process of changing the details mentioned in the Certificate. For ex. the name of the managing director of the company or the place of carrying on the business of recruitment. My requirement is a bit urgent..so any pointers of who to talk to or which office would give me information, is helpful. thanks,
