Subject - OverLapping in Relieving Date and Joining Date
Hi Friends,

I am Herewith a peculiare problem , My Relieving Date and joining Date is mis matching ,that is my Relieving Date of my previous employer is on 13th March and Joining Date of my current company is on 1st March.

I worked for 2.10 yrs at my previous company and I wanted to serve 2 months notice period and i was supposs to relive on 05ht March as per the compnay policy , i worked till 28th Fed and asked to relive me on the same day as i had to join on 1st March so thy told me to finish up the work by 28th Feb and come and collect your RL on 5th but on 5th(saturday) as there was unavailable of COO i couldnt recive the RL on 5th and told me to come on next Monday(8th) but as i already reported to the current company i went on next saturday(13th) to collect my RL . so they(HR) were already angry on me at that time and gave me the RL with the same Date that is on 13th March.

In my current compnay i didnt get any abjection on the RL date.

i am really worried about my future Employer that is a CMM level 5 company as they will be having very strict verifications.
will it be really a problem even i am having geniun Experience Certificates from both Cmpany ?

Will it really harm my carreer in future ?

Please help me out in resolving this problem.
