After performing well and working full for 30 days company didnot paid me salary, when asked regarding this to the concern person he said me to leave the company. Company didnot intimated me regarding this in the previous month and now they are saying they won't pay the salary and incentives, now u can leave the company. Please do let me know regarding this issue and my plan is to approach the labour court regarding this plz help me out ASAP. dear very sad for the non professional approach from organisation.dear i dnot know your nature of job which decides whether you were a workmen. you approach to the office of deupty labour commissioner and file a case under payment of wages act. under section 15 there is provision of ten times penality against employer. tks j s malik
