Requirement:

1) Qualification – Law graduation / post graduation.
2) Experience – up to 5 years in Law firm / LPO / Litigation practice.
3) Freshers can apply.
4) Good Verbal and written communication skills.
5) Ability to work flexible hours.
6) Ability to work under pressure to meet challenging deadlines.
7) Extremely high level of attention to detail

Role Description:

• Working on services lines like Document review, Lease abstraction, Due diligence, Contract abstraction, Intellectual Property,
• Meeting daily project targets in terms of Quantity, Quality and TAT.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring no negative client comebacks.
• Maintaining Time Sheets, daily production etc.
• Keep self and the peers updated about customer specific procedures / requirements.
• Taking responsibility of on the job training for new recruits.
• Taking initiative in knowledge transfer by sharing the knowledge gained with peers.
• Supporting team for process improvement and maintenance.
• Assisting supervisor in delivering his / her duties effectively.
• Playing role of project specific Team Lead (Shift In Charge) on appointement.
• Giving process improvement and maintenance suggestions for streamlining of processes and taking lead in implementation of the same.
• Acquiring requisite IT knowledge to work efficiently.
