| Binayaka Acharya - Member Since: Oct 2010 Subject - what after engagements after taking subsistence allowance Sir, I too an ex-serviceman,having disabilty of small percentage ,capable to do work ,engineering graduate ,now in an government engineer, in the name of my wife the dealership cannot be taken,it is reserved type for ex-serviceman ,but not for wife. Please help further,what is your next reply . May I go to court take an order for retirement or resignation or department will listen if resignation is placed . Shall there be any political influence for retirement or resignation.
