Sir,
I have given resignation letter and given the notice period and handed over everything to new charge person, She too accepted and as the Ceo was in out of station, I could not get in writing for acknowledgement.
But when i asked now to settle my accounts after 25 days from my relieving date they are telling not handed over and come to get acknowledge and handover again ( just mentioning the false reason for denying of the payment now).
Entire organisation knows the handed over date by me, mail copies, handed over copies in mail copy to Management etc made by me and in the security register attendance too mentioned the purpose of visit on that day was handing over all files, keys signed to the charge person by me.
Now they are not settling my accounts about 15mails sent, person not response etc
How to follow it with this? and to get my accounts settled by them regarding it.
Pls give me the answer to proceed it.
