What benefit an Advocate woking for a firm avail under the Maternity Benefit Act. Is she entitled to Maternity Benefits, as she is not an employee.

As per maternity benefit act 1961 ,she is not entitle to get any benefit from company .
She is working as professional not employee ,so she is not entitle for any benefit.
