dear sir/ madam
i the undersigned maulin fadia just wish to ask that is it compulsory to open new salary account? i had got new job and company HR told me t open salary account ICICI bank but i dont wish to open salary account with icici bank as i have some outstanding with ICICI credit card. so can you please suggest me can i ask my HR to pay my salary through cheque ? or is compulsory to follow HR norms ? can i challange my HR for paying me by cheque ? or is there any govt rules for asking my salary through cheque ? please suggemt me as early as possible so i can take actions. or if there is no other way then i have to resing from this job. because any how i dont want to open salary account with icici bank....
