Dear sir,
One of my friend is working in a central government PSU. He is suffering from mild depression. He fell into it because of repeated delay in promotion as compared to his batchmates/juniors. He fears that he may be removed from the service on the basis that he is suffering from a mental illness. Is his fear correct? Due to depression he is finding his assignment stressing. Can he ask for a less stressing assignment on this ground? Please advice.
