Ours a Private Ltd. Company for last 25 years. Now we wish to convert into Public Limited Company. What will be the merits and demerits of coverting into Public Ltd. What privilegies will be lost. We also have invested in 100% Wholly Owned Subsidiary in overseas company. Will that affect the holding? Right now we do not want to go for IPO.
