Hi all,
can anyone give information about-
1. Whether there is any provision to cancel layout(residential)?, if yes, which? and after cancellation of layout, what will be the status of land?
2. Who will be the owner of open space, roads?(present owner, original layout owner or government)
(layout is not developed, therefore theopen space and roads as per the condition is not handed over to the government authority, but the plots are sold and from plot holderfs one person purchased all the plots.)
