It is good news for small/micro/home working units where ESI is not applicable.
The company/firm can adopt this medical facility for welfare of poor people who are a resident of Delhi and covering under BPL scheme.ration card for poor family.
The attached file is a tender for issueing of notice and currently implementing.
In village area(outer than Delhi) people can adopt in different scheme like as Handicrafts bima Yojna(under ICICI lombart) and other scheme for weavers etc.
I am requesting too all citizen of India ,provide medical facility or other services to your employee if ESI is not covered for your organisation and ESI dispensary is not available under the 8 Kms range.
