Subject - Illegal Termination from Limited firm..without Notice and show cause letter
Respected Sir,
I am worked with one Limited firm from2002 to 2010 under managemant of American Exectutive Director.
This software Firm running succesfully from 1999
More over to say based on my experience he is know lapse of IPC very well.Even though 30 people working right from the begining he never registered with EPF, ESI and by making them stupid he is showing only 5 people in renewal registration with labour department in AP S& E .
Company also registred under companies Act.In this 10 years of period he never paid Gratuity to any one of the employee, maintaining 3 separate registers to avoid or cover up his employees in the organization.
Under this same american person another 6 firms also registered doing the same.
Now myself worked under this firm for 9 years , afetr getting better opportunity with another firm instead requested to releave from the company terminated without any show cause notice or memo, simply blockingmy career.
Before termination alreadt brought to the notice of Joint Commisioner of Labour also for more than 60% reduccing salary, denial of earn leave and bonus not giving along with rest of the employees.
Now EPF number alloted after my complaint with only coverage from 1-jan-2010.Subsequently conducted 7-A enquiry for remaing period but declained to revela the final outcome of the meeting(last meeting attended on dec102010)
Labour commisioner in Novermber simply given closing of the case and suggested approach necessary applete authority(He revealed this information also throught RTI)
Please help me in this subject that is thankful to you.
Suresh
