Hi All,
I was working in a BPO company and my company wrongly deducted my salary due to my TL's fault(He wrongly marked absence though I was present). I served notice period as per company norms and conditions but now I am struggling to get my salary. Please help what I can do in this case. If I go to labour court I am afraid they might alter their data in their favor and prove me wrong.
